Private 160 Acres: Pond, ATVs, Game Rm, Sleeps 12

Spent a couple days, just as a family get together. Was perfect! Plenty of beds to accommodate 8 adults and 2 kids. Plus spacious enough to keep us from getting on each other nerves. Beautiful pond with the property well kept and easy to walk around. Was able to spend time with family and relax before school starts back up and life gets crazy again.

Perfect location to get to Buckhorn for trails. Plenty of space for our entire family of 12.

This home was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my son’s graduation from the University of Arkansas. Space for the parents and grandparents upstairs and all of the “kids” downstairs. The outdoor spaces are as beautiful as pictured. We played lawn games and made s’mores at the fire pit. The outdoor game room was perfect for late night celebrating while others could rest peacefully inside. The home has some pretty unique features but it was cool to read the history of the house built by the owner’s grandparents. Would certainly consider staying again when we have more time to spend enjoying the property! Thanks David!

We had such an amazing stay here this week. The property is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for our group. The kids had the best time exploring, fishing, and just being outside, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing everything felt.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place nice for guests, and we really appreciated that. It made our trip so easy and enjoyable.We made so many great memories here — including a few unexpected adventures that will definitely be family stories for years to come.
